HCG Multispeciality Hospital is committed to delivering advanced, patient-first healthcare across its centres in Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Ahmedabad, and Hubli. While HCG has long been known for its oncology excellence, its multispeciality wing was built on the same principles of compassion, care, and community partnership, offering high-quality medical services across a range of disciplines since 2007.

The Trizone Touch

We shifted the perception from “a cancer hospital that offers more” to “a complete healthcare destination.” The brand voice was humanised and made more inclusive, bringing multispeciality care to the forefront while retaining HCG’s legacy of trust and excellence.

The Campaign That Anchored It All

‘Kya Farak Padta Hai’ → ‘Inhe Farak Padta Hai’ → ‘Ab Farak Mehsoos Karo’

Tobacco addiction often hides behind excuses. “Just one doesn’t matter.” “It’s my choice.” “Kya farak padta hai?” This award-winning campaign flipped that very phrase to highlight how every cigarette does, in fact, make a difference to your lungs, your heart, your life. By focusing on personal battles and small, everyday victories against tobacco, the campaign struck an emotional chord with patients and caregivers alike. It shifted the narrative from blame to awareness, encouraging change through relatability and reflection.

Trizone Communications received the Best Digital Marketing Campaign Award in 2025 for our impactful No Tobacco Day campaign with HCG Multispeciality Hospitals. The campaign combined emotional storytelling, expert-led content, and strategic digital outreach to drive awareness and engagement around tobacco cessation. It stood out for its creativity, relevance, and ability to inspire real conversations on public health.

Branding Collaterals

To support the repositioning of HCG as a trusted multispeciality hospital, we created a range of print and outdoor assets across languages and locations. Each collateral was designed to be human, hopeful, and medically sound, reflecting real stories, clinical excellence, and emotional trust.
