While the brand had strong on-ground credibility through its branch network and word-of-mouth presence, it needed a more structured digital system to generate housing loan inquiries at scale.
The challenge was to reach aspiring homeowners in smaller cities, simplify the inquiry journey, and generate genuine leads at a cost that remained commercially viable for an affordable housing finance brand.
